PDCA循环护理应用于呼吸内科护理的作用评价

目的探讨PDCA循环管理在呼吸内科护理中的效果以及价值。方法选择该院2016年11月-2018年11月该院呼吸内科收治的患者100例,采用随机数字表法将这些患者分为实验组与对照组,每组50例,其中对照组采用传统的常规护理方法进行护理,实验组要选取PDCA循环护理管理方法进行护理,分析比较两组患者的护理满意度、护理满意度评分、护理人员的管理效果评分、不良事件发生率。结果(1)实验组患者的护理满意度(98.00%)以及护理满意度评分(92.24±2.24)分高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。(2)实验组患者的护理人员管理效果评分明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。(3)实验组患者的不良事件发生率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论有效的使用PDCA循环管理可以较大程度提高呼吸内科护理水平,有效提高患者的护理满意度和满意评分,提高护理人员的技能水平,降低不良事件的发生概率,值得在临床应用中进一步推广。

Evaluation of PDCA Cycle Management in Respiratory Medicine Nursing

Objective To explore the effect and value of PDCA cycle management in respiratory medicine nursing.Methods 100 patients admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 in the hospital were selected.These patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,the experimental group and the control group,each group had 50 patients.The control group adopted traditional conventional nursing methods for nursing,and the experimental group chose PDCA cycle management method for nursing,and analyzed and compared the nursing satisfaction,nursing satisfaction score,nursing staff management effect score,and adverse event rate of the two groups of patients.Results(1)The nursing satisfaction(98.00%)and nursing satisfaction scores(92.24±2.2)points of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The scores of the management effect of the nursing staff in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective use of PDCA cycle management can greatly improve the level of nursing care in respiratory medicine,effectively improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction and satisfaction score,improve the skills of nursing staff,reduce the probability of adverse events,and is worthy of clinical application and further promotion in China.
