多学科管理模式在乳腺癌患者化疗中的应用

目的探讨对接受化疗治疗的乳腺癌患者行多学科管理模式的应用效果。方法选择于2018年1-12月到该院接受治疗的178例乳腺癌患者,将所有患者按照双盲法分为实验组和对照组,分别为89例。对照组行常规管理模式,实验组行多学科管理模式,对比各组患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度以及不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者的护理满意度和治疗依从性与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组恶心呕吐等不良反应的发生率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受化疗的乳腺癌患者而言,通过采取多学科的管理模式,能够减少恶心呕吐等不良反应的发生,治疗依从性以及护理满意度较高。

Applicati on of Multidisciplinary Management Model in Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer Patients

Objective To explore the effect of applying a multidisciplinary management model on breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 178 breast cancer patients who were treated in the hospital from January to December 2018 were selected.All patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to double-blind method,with 89 cases respectively.The control group underwent routine management mode,and the experimental group underwent multidisciplinary management mode.The treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the experimental group had significant statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,by adopting a multi-disciplinary management model,the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting can be reduced,and treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction are high.
