护理风险管理在普外科病房中的应用效果分析

目的探讨护理风险管理在普外科病房中的应用效果。方法该院于2019年1月开始在普外科病房管理过程中融入了护理风险管理,选取2019年1-6月间(护理风险管理实施后)500例普外科病房患者作为研究组,另取2018年7-12月间(护理风险管理实施前)500例普外科病房患者作为对照组。其中对照组采取常规护理,研究组在此基础上融入了护理风险管理,比较两组患者护理风险事件发生率以及满意度情况。结果研究组风险事件发生率(1.80%)较对照组(4.20%)更低,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.948,P=0.026)。研究组满意度(98.00%)较对照组(95.20%)更高,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.968,P=0.015)。结论在普外科病房护理管理过程中通过实施护理风险管理,可降低风险事件发生率,为患者提供安全保障。

Effect Analysis of Nursing Risk Management in General Surgery Ward

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in general surgery ward.Methods Our hospital has integrated nursing risk management in the management of general surgery wards since January 2019.From January to June 2019(after the implementation of nursing risk management),500 patients in general surgery wards were selected as the study group.From July to December 2018(before the implementation of nursing risk management),500 patients in the general surgery ward served as the control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the research group incorporated nursing risk management on this basis,and compared the incidence and satisfaction of nursing risk events between the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of risk events in the study group(1.80%)was lower than that in the control group(4.20%),with the difference was statistically significant between groups(χ~2=4.948,P=0.026).The satisfaction of the study group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(95.20%),with the difference was statistically significant between the groups(χ~2=5.968,P=0.015).Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management in the nursing management process of general surgery ward can reduce the incidence of risk events and provide safety for patients.
