臭氧联合治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床研究

目的探讨臭氧冲洗联合手法整复治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床效果。方法选择本院90例膝关节半月板损伤患者作为本次研究对象,病例收集时间为2017年5月-2018年5月。按照治疗分组,手法整复组采取手法整复治疗,臭氧治疗组采用臭氧冲洗治疗,手法整复联合臭氧组则采取手法整复治疗+臭氧冲洗治疗。比较三组疗效;膝关节疼痛缓解的时间、膝关节疼痛消失的时间;治疗前后患者膝关节疼痛VAS评分值以及生活质量QOL评分值;不良作用发生率。结果手法整复联合臭氧组疗效高于手法整复组与臭氧治疗组,P<0.05;手法整复联合臭氧组膝关节疼痛缓解的时间、膝关节疼痛消失的时间优于手法整复组与臭氧治疗组,P<0.05;治疗前三组膝关节疼痛VAS评分值以及生活质量QOL评分值接近,P>0.05;治疗后手法整复联合臭氧组膝关节疼痛VAS评分值以及生活质量QOL评分值优于手法整复组与臭氧治疗组,P<0.05。手法整复联合臭氧组不良作用发生率和手法整复组与臭氧治疗组接近,P>0.05。结论手法整复治疗+臭氧冲洗治疗膝关节半月板损伤的疗效好,可更好改善膝关节疼痛VAS评分值以及生活质量QOL评分值。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Knee Meniscus Injury With Ozone

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ozone washing combined with manual reduction on meniscus injury of knee joint.Methods 90 patients with meniscus injury of knee joint in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The case collection time was from May 2017 to May 2018.According to the treatment group,the treatment group was treated by manual reduction,the ozone treatment group was treated by ozone washing,and the combination group was treated by manual reduction+ozone washing.The three groups were compared:the time of pain relief,the time of pain disappearance;the VAS score and QOL score of patients’knee pain before and after treatment;the incidence of adverse effects.Results The therapeutic effect of the combination group was better than that of the combination group(P<0.05);the time of pain relief and disappearance of knee joint pain in the combination group was better than that in the combination group(P<0.05);the VAS score and QOL score of knee joint pain in the three groups before treatment were close to each other(P>0.05);the QOL score of knee joint pain after treatment was close to that in the combination group(P>0.05)The VAS score and QOL score of knee joint pain in combination with ozone group were better than those in the combination group and ozone group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse effects in the combination group was close to that in the ozone treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of manipulation and ozone washing on meniscus injury of knee joint is good,and the VAS score and QOL score of knee joint pain can be improved better.
