细节管理模式在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果

目的通过总结在消毒供应室护理管理工作中利用细节管理模式的护理管理效果以及应用的价值,进一步为保障消毒供应室护理管理质量提供有价值的指导信息。方法采集2017年1月-2019年3月期间在该院消毒供应室从事护理管理工作的医护人员基本信息以及护理管理记录。该院消毒供应室在2018年2月份开始利用细节护理管理模式进行护理管理工作,依据2018年2月的时间点作为分组的依据,在这之前的医护人员为对照组,采用常规护理管理模式,在这时间点之后的医护人员为研究组,采用细节护理管理模式,消毒供应室消毒工作合格率,护理质量对比以及相关科室对护理管理工作的满意程度等。结果在对消毒供应室消毒工作合格率、护理质量以及满意程度统计时,研究组优于对照组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室护理管理工作中利用细节管理模式,可以保障消毒工作的合格率,进一步的提高护理管理的效果,并提高相关科室对护理管理工作满意程度,可以在对消毒供应室护理管理时推广利用。

Application Effect of Detail Management Mode in Nursing Management of Disinfection Supply Room

Objective To summarize the nursing management effect and application value of using the detailed management mode in the nursing management of disinfection supply room to further provide valuable guidance information to ensure the quality of nursing management in disinfection supply room. Methods The statistics were mainly collect the information and nursing management records of medical staff who were engaged in nursing management in the disinfection supply room of the hospital from January 2017 to March 2019. The disinfection supply room of our hospital began to use the detailed nursing management mode for nursing management in February 2018, based on the time point of February 2018 as the basis for grouping. The medical staff before this time formed a control group, using routine nursing management mode. After this time, the medical staff will form a research group using the detailed nursing management mode, the qualified rate of disinfection in the disinfection supply room, the comparison of nursing quality, and related departments satisfaction with nursing management would be calculated based on the nursing management records and other basic information. Results In the statistics of the qualified rate, quality of care and satisfaction degree of disinfection work in the disinfection supply room,the probability of the study group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion The use of detailed management mode in the nursing management of disinfection supply room can ensure the qualified rate of disinfection work, further improve the effectiveness of nursing management, and increase the satisfaction of related departments in nursing management work, which is worth promotion and use.
