急性脑梗死血清超敏C反应蛋白与病情的关系

目的研究急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarct,ACI)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平与病情发展及演变的关系。方法选择本院于2017年9月-2018年9月进行治疗的ACI患者60例作为研究组,并抽取该期间我院健康体检人群70例作为对照组,观察两组入选者hs-CRP水平、不同分型患者hs-CRP水平,分析两者之间的相关性。结果研究组hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组,发现患者hs-CRP高峰出现第3天,在治疗5天出现好转趋势,重度患者hs-CRP水平高于轻度、中度组患者,差异显著,P<0.05。hs-CRP水平与急性脑梗死患者之间呈正相关。结论临床可通过检测hs-CRP水平,观察患者梗死情况,两者之间存在明显相关性,有利于患者早期诊断治疗。

Correlation Study of High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein With Illness Conditions in Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients

Objective To study the correlation of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)with disease progression and evolution for acute cerebral infarction(ACI)patients.Methods 60 ACI patients treated from September 2017 to September 2018 in our hospital were selected(study group).70 healthy check-ups were selected(control group).hs-CRP contents among different types of patients were detected to observe its relationship with illness conditions.Results hs-CRP contents in the study group were higher than control group;hs-CRP reached its peak in day 3 while showing an better tendency from day 5.hs-CRP contents in severe patients were higher than mild and moderate patients(P<0.05);hs-CRP contents were positively correlated with disease progression.Conclusion The obvious mutual relations demonstrate that hs-CRP detection is good to an early diagnosis and treatment in clinical use.
