风险管理在神经内科患者中的影响观察

目的探究风险管理在神经内科患者中的效果。方法选取该院2018年3月-2019年5月神经内科患者120例,对照组60例采取常规护理,观察组60例在该基础上实施风险管理护理,比较两组患者护理后风险发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组风险事件总发生率是5.00%,对照组风险事件总发生率为30.00%,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高达93.33%,对照组的护理满意度为71.67%,观察组远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对神经内科护理除常规护理外采取风险管理护理进行干预,其风险发生率得到显著降低,护理效果明显。

Observation on the Impact of Risk Management in Neurology Patients

Objective To explore the effect of risk management in neurological patients.Methods A total of March 2018 to May 2019120 neurological patients were selected from the hospital,60 patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and 60 patients in the observation group were given risk management nursing on this basis.The risk incidence and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total incidence of risk events in the observation group was 5.00%,and the total incidence of risk events in the control group was 30.00%.The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was as high as 93.33%,and the nursing satisfaction of the control group was satisfactory degree was 71.67%,and the observation group was much higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management nursing intervention for neuromedical nursing in addition to conventional nursing has significantly reduced the risk occurrence rate and obvious nursing effect.
