优质护理管理模式在内科护理管理中的应用探讨

目的研究优质护理管理模式应用于内科护理管理当中的价值。方法通过双盲法分组标准将该院内科选取的100名护理人员分为对照组和实验组,选取时间为2016年1月—2018年12月。对照组采用常规管理方式,实验组给予优质护理管理模式,两组人数均等。比较两组的管理效果。结果实验组优质护理管理各项评分均优于对照组,护理满意度评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内科护理管理中实施优质护理管理模式能够提升护理人员的认知水平,改善护理质量。

Discussion on the Application of Quality Nursing Management Model in Internal Medicine Nursing Management

Objective To study the value of high-quality nursing management model applied in internal medicine nursing management.Methods 100 cases of nursing staff selected by the hospital's internal medicine from Janury 2016 to December 2018 were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the double-blind grouping standard.The control group adopted the conventional management method,and the experimental group was given the high-quality nursing management mode,with equal numbers in both groups.Compare the management effects of the two groups.Results The scores of quality nursing management in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction scores were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing management mode in internal medicine nursing management can improve the cognition level of nursing staff and improve the quality of nursing,which should be promoted.
