摘    要:目的对见血封喉Antiaris toxicaria Lesch.树叶的化学成分进行研究。方法见血封喉树叶采用80%乙醇回流提取,石油醚脱叶绿素,再经氯仿、正丁醇等溶剂萃取,萃取物经多次柱色谱分离,纯化。根据化合物的理化常数,波谱学特征鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为硝酸钾(1),β-谷甾醇(2),胡萝卜苷(3)和槲皮素(4)。结论首次从血封喉树叶中分离得到化合物2、3、4,为进一步开发开发研究提供依据。

Study on the chemical elements of leaves of Antiaris toxicaria Lesch

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents in the leaves of Antiaris toxicaria Lesch. Methods The dried leaves ofAntiaris toxicaria Lesch were extracted with 80% EtOH, and the extracts was partitioned with chloroform, n - butanol, respectively. Chromatographic techniques were used to separate the chemical components. The chemical and physical properties and spectra, of chemical compounds obtained were identified. Results Four compounds were identified as potassium nitrate ( 1 ), 13 - sitosterol (2), daucosterol (3), and quercetin. Conclusion Compound 2, 3, 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
