气钡双重造影及螺旋CT在结肠癌诊断中的应用

目的:探讨气钡双重造影及螺旋CT对结肠癌诊断的临床应用价值。方法:对36例结肠癌患者术前的结肠造影及CT扫描图像进行分析,并与术后病理对照。结果:X线诊断符合率为94%;螺旋CT诊断符合率为100%,淋巴结转移诊断符合率为69%,结论:气钡双重造影、螺旋CT检查相结合,能为临床分期、选择合适的手术方式及判断预后提供更为准确的依据。

Double air contrast radiography and spiral computed tomography for diagnosing colon carcinoma

Objective： To discuss the predictive value of double air contrast radiography and spiral computed tomography in the diagnosis of colon carcinoma.Methods： A total of 36 colon carcinoma patients underwent double air contrast radiography of colon and computed tomography colonoscopy examination.Results revealed by the images were compared with the pathologic diagnosis after surgery.Results： The diagnostic accuracy rate was 94% for X-ray,100% for CT,accuracy rate for lymphoid node metastasis was 69%.Conclusions： Double air contrast radiography examination combing with CT test can provide accurate evidence for the staging,selection of surgical approach and prognosis of colon carcinoma.
