甲磺酸二氢麦角碱缓释胶囊治疗认知功能减退的临床报告

目的：研究甲磺酸二氢麦角碱缓释胶囊临床治疗认知功能减退的有效性和安全性。方法：多中心开放试验,每日2次,每次1粒口服给药。结果：MMSE总分的变化,在治疗后45天,治疗后90天与治疗前相比分数都提高,且有显差异;各因子分中,治疗后90天与治疗前相比,各单项分都提高且有显性差异;治疗后45天与治疗前相比,定向力和言语功能提高有显性差异。主观症状变化表现为头痛,头晕在治疗后45天和治疗后90天后“症状消失”占大部分,而睡眠障碍,易疲劳和情绪不佳则是“开始改善”占大部分。共7例发生不良反应,其中恶心的频率较高,占3．2％。结论：甲磺酸二氢麦角碱具有改善与增龄相关的记忆力减退等认知功能状况,还有改善因衰老而引起的神经精神症状的功能。

Clinical Trial of Dihydroergotoxine Mesylate Treated on Cognitive Decrease

Objective: To research the effect and safety of dihydroergotoxine mesylate treated on cognitive decrease. Methods: Multiple - center open clinical trial. 113 patients were treated with dihydroergotoxine mesylate one tablet once, bid, po. Results: The MMSE scores of patients after treaded with 45 days and 90 days were significantly increased than before treated. After treated with 90 days every factorial score of MMSE showed better than before treated, while after treated with 45 days only orientation and verbal scores were improved significantly. In subjective symptoms, after treated with 45 days and 90 days, "symptom disappearing" dominated over symptoms of headache and dizzy, while "beginning to improve"dominated over symptoms of sleep disorder, tired and bad mood. Seven cases had adverse reactions. Nausea had a higher frequency, accounted for 3.2 % of these reactions. Conclusion: Dihydroergotoxine mesylate can improve cognition decreasing in relation with aging and ameliorate neuro - psychological symptoms caused by aging.
