| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定阿奇霉素及阿奇霉素胶囊的含量。方法：色谱柱为资生堂C18MGⅡ柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液（取磷酸氢二钾8．7g，加水溶解稀释成1000ml，用磷酸调pH至8．2）（60：40）为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长210nm。结果：阿奇霉素在17．5～875．0μg·ml^-1的范围内，线性关系良好（r=0．9999）。平均回收率为99．7％，RSD=0．47％（n=9）。结论：本法灵敏、准确、简便。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of azithromycin in azithromycin and azithromycin capsules. Method： An HPLC system was equipped with a CAPCELL PAK C18 MG Ⅱ column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm）, using acetonitrile- phosphate buffer （to dissolve dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 8.7 g diluting to 1000 ml with water,and adjust pH to 8.2 with phos- phoric acid） （60：40）as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. The detective wavelength was at 210 nm. Result： The linear range of azithromycin was 17.5-875.0μg·ml^-1（ r = 0. 999 9）, the average recovery was 99.7% （n = 9） ;Conclusion： This method is sensitive, accurate and simple. |
