| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨食管鳞癌患者血清IGF-1的浓度及其临床意义。方法：设立食管鳞癌组合正常对照组。以化学发光法检测65例食管鳞癌患者和30例正常人血清IGF-1的浓度。结果：正常健康人血清IGF-1的含量是（195.35±48.21）ng/ml,食管鳞癌患者为（1 082.29±301.24）ng/ml,明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.01）,且血清IGF-1水平随临床病理分期的进展而逐步增高（P〈0.05）。结论：血清IGF-1有可能作为食管鳞癌诊断或病情监测的一个指标。

| Abstract: | Objective：To detect the serum insulin like growth factor-1（IGF-1） level in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and investigate its clinical significance. Methods ： The patient group with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the normal control group were designed. The serum IGF-1 level was determined by chemiluminescence assay in 65 esophageal squarnous cell carcinoma patients and 30 normal subjects. Results The level of IGF-1 of patients was （1 082.29±301.24） ng/ml which was higher than that of the normal control group （195.35±48.21） ng/ mi（P〈0. 01）. And the level of IGF-1 also elevated as the clinical pathological tumor stages（P〈0.05）. Concluslons：The serum level of IGF-1 may become one of the serum markers for diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and judgement of the prognosis. |
