5178例涂阳肺结核病例化疗效果分析

目的:分析本市近三年来治涂阳肺结核病人的化疗效果,为提高治疗质量提供依据。方法:采用含HRZ的两阶段全程间歇短程化疗方案和全程督导的管理方法。结果:初治涂阳病人2、3个月末的痰菌阴转率分别为93.8%和96.3%,治愈率为96.2%;复治涂阳病人的2、3个月末的痰菌阴转率分别为90.1%和93.6%,治愈率为87.0%。结论:两阶段全程间歇的短程化疗方案具有疗效高、副反应少、经济的优点,全程督导管理是有效的管理方法,值得推广使用。

Chemiotherapy Effect Analysis for Smear Positive Tuberculosis for 5178 Cases

Objective: Analyze chemiotherapy effect of smear positive tuberculosis in recent three years in our city so as to supply foundation for improving treatment quality.Method: Adopt HRZ two-period overall intermittent short-range chemiotherapy treatment plan and overall monitoring management method.Result: For smear positive tuberculosis patient,after we begin to treat them,two or three months later,spit negative ratio is 93.8% and 96.3% respectively;curative ratio is 96.2%.For further treated smear positive tuberculosis patient, two or three months later,spit negative ratio is 90.1% and 93.6% respectively; curative ratio is 87.0%.Conclusion: Two-period overall intermittent short-range chemiotherapy treatment plan has following advantages: higher curative effect,less side reaction and economic.Overall monitoring management is effective management method,which is worth being spread.
