鼻后滴流综合征引起慢性咳嗽的临床分析

目的探讨以慢性咳嗽为主要表现的鼻后滴流的病因诊断和治疗方案．方法回顾性分析162例以鼻后滴流为主要临床特点而并发慢性咳嗽的患者的诊治过程．结果162例患者经治疗后，近期有效率为98％．其中自诉咳嗽症状消失的143例，体检时亦未查见咽部有分泌物自鼻咽部引流；诉咳嗽症状明显减轻的16例，体检时见咽部分泌物引流较初诊时明显减少；无效3例，体检时仍见咽部有分泌物自鼻咽部引流．结论鼻后滴流综合征也是引起慢性咳嗽的常见原因之一．

Clinical Analysis of Chronic Cough Caused by Postnasal Drip Syndrome

Objective To discuss the etiological diagnosis and therapy of postnasal drip presenting with chronic cough. Methods We analyzed retrospectively 162 cases in our hospital with chronic cough complicated from postnatal drip leakage. They were treated in our hospital between November 2004 and December 2008. Results After treatment, the short term effective rate of the group was nearly 100%. 143 cases reported no cough and no pharyngeal secretions leakage from nasopharynx; 19 eases reported significantly alleviated cough and decreased pharyngeal secretions leakage when compared with newly diagnosed. Conclusion Postnasal drip syndrome is one of the common causes of chronic cough.
