手术治疗外伤性膝关节脱位的临床疗效

目的：探讨手术治疗外伤性膝关节脱位的临床疗效。方法选取本院自2010年1月~2014年1月收治的41例外伤性膝关节脱位患者为研究对象，对其临床疗效进行随访统计分析。结果3个月或1年后对患者进行随访，参照Shelboume的疗效评定标准，优9例，良17例，一般12例，差3例，优良率为63.41%。结论膝关节脱位少见，多由强大暴力造成，往往合并血管、神经损伤，及早诊断和治疗很重要。手术修复或重建韧带、术后早期积极功能锻炼能恢复关节稳定性及活动度。

Clinical treatment of surgical treatment for traumatic dislocation of knee joint

Objective To explore treatment for traumatic dislocation of knee joint. Methods From January 2010 to January 2014, 41 patients adopted by our hospital were chosen as the research obfects, the follow-up clinical effects of patients were. Results All patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year, according to Shelboume’s Curative Effect Eevaluation Standard, 9 cases were optimal, 17 cases were good, 12 cases were general and 5 cases were poor, and the total fine rate was 63.41%. Conclusion Dislocation of knee was seldom. Because it is usually caused by strong violence, the trauma was severe with a high rate of complication. Early diagnosis and treatment are most important.The stability of knee joint can be regained by early repair of ligaments and proper exercises after operation.
