红细胞分布宽度对慢性心力衰竭预后的影响

目的：探讨外周血红细胞分布宽度（RDW）对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）预后的影响。方法300例心力衰竭患者，根据纽约心功能分级分为轻度心力衰竭组和重度心力衰竭组，比较两组RDW、红细胞计数（RBC）、血红蛋白（Hb）浓度的差异；比较RDW增高组和RDW正常组间的病死率。结果轻度心力衰竭组和重度心力衰竭组RDW、RBC、Hb比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；RDW增高组CHF患者死亡率（18.30%）较RDW正常组（4.76%）明显升高（P〈0.01）。结论 CHF患者RDW明显升高，且RDW增高的CHF患者预后较差。

Influence of red cell distribution width on prognosis chronic heart failure

Objective To study influence of peripheral blood red cell distribution width （RDW） on patients with chronic heart failure（CHF） prognosis. Methods Divided 300 cases of heart failure into mild heart failure group and severe heart failure group according to the New York Heart Association functional class, compared differences of RDW, red blood cell count （RBC）, hemoglobin（Hb） concentration in two groups;compared the mortality rate among the two groups. Results Differences in RDW, RBC, Hb between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.01）;mortality in CHF patients of RDW increased group（18.3%） were significantly higher than the normal RDW group（4.76%）, P〈0.01. Conclusion RDW increased obviously fro patients with CHF, and CHF patients have a poor prognosis for RDW increased patients.
