| 摘 要： | 目的分析研究更昔洛韦联合纳洛酮治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾对62例病毒性脑炎患儿的临床治疗,对照组（31例）患儿在常规综合治疗的基础上加用更昔洛韦静脉滴注,观察组（31例）患儿加用更昔洛韦与纳洛酮静脉滴注。观察记录两组患者的疗效及不良反应。结果观察组治疗小儿病毒性脑炎头痛、呕吐,抽搐,意识恢复时间较对照组明显缩短,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论更昔洛韦联合纳洛酮治疗小儿病毒性脑炎临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze clinical effect and safety of ganciclovir plus naloxone in the treatment of children with viral encephalitis naloxone. Methods The control group（31 cases） treated with intravenous ganciclovir on the basis of routine treatment, observation group（31 cases） treated with ganciclovir plus naloxone infusion. Results Treatment of children with viral encephalitis, headache, vomiting, convulsions, consciousness recovery time of observation group was significantly shorter than control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ganciclovir combined with naloxone have a significant effect in children with viral encephalitis, so it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
