低分子肝素联合卡托普利治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效分析

目的探讨低分子肝素与卡托普利联合治疗肾病综合征的疗效。方法选择120例肾病综合征患者,根据不平衡指数最小分配原则随机分配到对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组和观察组患者均接受白蛋白、泼尼松、利尿剂以及降血脂等药物治疗,观察组在常规药物基础上给予低分子肝素以及卡托普利治疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果对照组患者的总有效率为70.0%,观察组总有效率为88.3%,两组对比差异具有统计学（χ^2=21.133,P=0.0003）。结论低分子肝素与卡托普利联合治疗肾病综合征的效果显著,有效改善患者临床症状,值得推广。

Clinical curative effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with captopril in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome

Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with captopril in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods From January 2012 to June 2013, 120 patients with nephrotic syndrome treated in our hospital were assigned to control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in control group and observation group were all treated with albumin, prednisone, diureticand hypolipidemic etc. The observation group on the basis of conventional therapy were given low molecular heparin and captopril, clinical effect of control group and the observation group patients were observed. Results The total effective treatment in control group was 70.0%, while the total effective treatment in observation group was 88.3%. The differences of two groups had statistical significance（χ^2=20.665, P=0.0001）. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with captopril have a significant effect in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome, also can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
