中医药综合治疗葡萄膜炎临床评价分析

目的：探讨针对葡萄膜炎患者，采用中医药综合治疗后的临床效果表现。方法选取本院2010年12月~2013年12月葡萄膜炎患者92例，通过抽签法将葡萄膜炎患者平均分为B1组（治疗组46例）、B2组（对照组46例）。B2组：西药治疗；B1组：中医药综合治疗。对比B1组、B2组葡萄膜炎患者完成治疗后临床治疗效果。结果在临床治疗有效率两个方面， B1组葡萄膜炎患者高于B2组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对葡萄膜炎患者，选择中医药综合治疗的方法，在临床治疗总有效率方面，表现出了明显的优势，成功提高患者临床疾病的痊愈率，有效凸显中医药的临床应用价值。

Clinical evaluation and analysis of Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment in uveitis comprehensive

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment for uveitis patients. Methods From December 2010 to December 2013, 92 patients with uveitis were divided into group B1（treatment group 46 cases）, group B2 （control group 46 cases） by lottery method. Group B2：western medicine treatment;group B1：Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment. Clinical outcomes after treatment of group B1, group B2 were compared. Results In two clinical efficiency, group B1 was significantly higher than the group B2 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with uveitis, integrated medicine method of treatment choices, in terms of the total effective clinical treatment, showing a clear advantage in improving the success rate of clinical cure diseases and effectively highlighting the clinical value of Chinese medicine.
