3D Max补片前入路腹膜前疝修补术的临床应用

摘    要:目的:探讨3D Max补片治疗腹股沟疝的手术操作要点,并评价其疗效。方法对2011年~2013年本院以3D Max补片行开放腹膜前入路疝修补术的51例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果平均手术时间(39±10)min,术后住院(2.2±1.3)d,术后阴囊血肿1例,尿潴留3例。42例获得随访,术后随访4~26个月,所有患者无复发,无切口及深部感染,无异物感,无慢性疼痛,无睾丸萎缩等并发症。结论应用3D Max补片前入路腹膜前疝修补术是一种安全有效的治疗方式。

Clinical analysis of preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair via anterior approach with 3D Max patch

Abstract:Objective To investigate the operation key points of preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair via anterior approach with 3D Max patch and evaluate its efficacy. Methods Anterior approach preperitoneal repairing by 3D Max patch were used in 51 cases in our hospital from 2011 to 2013, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Operative time was (39±10) min and postoperative hospital stay (3.2±1.3)d. 42 cases were followed-up 4~26 months, hydrocele occurred in 1 case and urinary retention occurred in 3 cases. There were no infection, hernia recurrence, chronic pain in the inguinal region, testis cular atrophy and other complications. Conclusion Preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair via anterior approach with 3D Max patch is safe, reliable and less complications.
