68例腰椎压缩性骨折的骨科特色护理体会

目的：探讨腰椎压缩性骨折的骨科特色护理效果。方法将136例腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分成观察组及对照组，每组68例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施骨科特色护理，比较两组患者并发症发生率及住院时间。结果观察组并发症发生率（2.94%）、住院时间平均（6.32±1.45）周，均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对腰椎压缩性骨折患者实施骨科特色护理，有助于降低并发症发生率，促进患者康复，值得临床推广应用。

Orthopedic specialty nursing in 68 patients with vertebral compression fractures

Objective To investigate the effect of orthopedic specialty nursing in patients with vertebral compression fractures.Methods Choosed 136 patients with vertebral compression fracture and randomly divided them into observation group and control group, 68 cases in each group, patients in control group received routine nursing, patients in observation group received orthopedic specialty nursing on the basis of the routine nursing, the incidence of complications and the length of hospital stay in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications was 2.94%,the average length of stay was （6.32±1.45）week, which were significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Implementation of orthopedic specialty nursing in patients with vertebral compression fractures help reduce the incidence of complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients, so it is worthy of clinical application.
