| 摘 要： | 上海市郊区新型农村合作医疗（以下简称新农合）信息管理系统实施目标清晰。首先是全市统一合作医疗政策、资金筹集和补偿标准，其次是建设市级层面的新农合数据交换平台。并做好三个统一，即统一政策、统一标准、统一业务流程；紧扣目标、分步实施、不断完善系统功能；健全组织机构，加强队伍建设。

| Abstract: | It is very clear that the obiectives operating on new rural cooperative medical management （NRCMM） in Shanghai suburb. First, the unification of the city＇s cooperation in health care policy, funding and compensation standards, followed by the construction of the new municipal level of NRCMM data exchange platform. And then, to make perfect in three unification, that is, unified policy, standard and business processes; keeping fix on target, step by-step implementation; last then, constantly improve the system, organizational structure and work teams. |
