摘    要:本文介绍了以反相C18制备色谱柱分离强极性小肽拟似物的方法。采用BuCHI中压制备系统,以水-甲醇为梯度洗脱体系,并配合HPLC检测,结果成功分离纯化了三个活性拟肽化合物,纯度达97%以上。该法简便、分离效果好,可用于该类小肽化合物的分离制备。

Abstract:A method is described for the separation of strong-polar short peptidomimetics by reversedphase C18 preparative chromatographic column. Bu CHI middle pressure preparative system was applied to automatically control the experiments, using water-methanol as the gradient elution system. The purity of the eluate was validated by HPLC, and three short peptidomimetics were purified which reached 97% purity. The method is simple and effective. It can be applied to separate short peptidomimetics.
