北京地区中老年人群原发性震颤的流行病学研究

目的了解北京地区中老年人原发性震颤（essential tremor，ET）的流行状况及临床特征。方法采用分层、分段、整群、随机、等距的抽样原则，2000年在北京城区、近郊平原、远郊山区调查了2835名55岁以上中老年人，采用筛查和临床诊断两步法确诊患者。结果发现ET患者135例，55岁以上中老年人城市、近郊平原、山区的ET患病率（标化）分别为4．3％、2．9％、2．3％，北京市的患病率为3．3％。男性患病率（6．0％）高于女性（3．6％）；随年龄增加，ET的患病率增加；ET与吸烟、饮酒、喝茶、职业均无显著相关性，与居住地、性别、年龄有相关性。结论北京市55岁以上中老年人群ET的患病率为3．3％（标化），ET患病率与年龄、地区及性别有关。

Prevalence of essential tremor in community of elderly people in Beijing

Objective To investigate the prevalence and clinical feature of essential tremor (ET) in a community cohort of the elderly in Beijing. Methods By using a door-to-door, two-phase screening approach, some 2835 residents from rural, urban and mountain areas in 2000 were investigated. Results The prevalence rate of ET was 4.3%, 2.9%, and 2.3% in rural, urban and mountain areas, respectively. The prevalence rate was increased with age and higher in men (6.0%) than in women (3.6%). There was a correlation between the prevalence of ET with age, sex and residence respectively, but not between those with alcohol and tea drinking and different occupations. Conclusions The prevalence rate of ET in Beijing is 3.3%, showing a higher rate in the urban areas and in male.
