化学药物联合免疫调节剂治疗矽肺结核疗效观察

目的　观察化学药物联合免疫调节剂治疗矽肺结核的疗效。方法　 81例矽肺结核病人非盲法随机分为治疗组及对照组 ,两组化疗方案相同 ,但治疗组加用卡介菌多糖核酸 ,观察治疗前后痰菌阴转率、病变吸收好转率、空洞闭合率及免疫功能的变化 ,分析其疗效。结果　治疗组痰菌阴转率、X线病变吸收好转率、矽肺结核空洞闭合率同期明显要高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且痰菌阴转时间、X线病变吸收好转时间、矽肺结核空洞闭合时间较对照组更早 (P<0 0 5 )。IgG、IgA、IgM及CD3 两组治疗前后比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,治疗组CD4升高、CD8降低、CD4/CD8比值增高 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　化学药物联合免疫调节剂治疗矽肺结核疗效较好。其机制可能是通过增强机体细胞免疫功能而实现

Effect of chemotherapy combined with immunomodulator on silicotuberculosis

Objective To observe the effect of routine chemotherapy combined with immunomodulator on silicotuberculosis.Method 81 patients with silicostuberculosis were randomly divided into trial group and control group.All the patients were treated with the same chemotherapy,meanwhile the patients in trial group were administrated with immunomodulator,the BCG vaccine polysaccharide nucleic acid (BCG-PSN),and the effects were compared at the end of the course.Result The sputum negative conversion rates,chest-radiogram absorption rates and silicotuberculosis cavum closure rates were all significantly higher in trial group,and the CD 4/CD 8 was also increased (P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with immunomodulator is more effective in treating silicotuberculosis,perhaps immunomodulator may improve the cellular immune ability.
