| 摘 要： | 1961～1987年运用奇静脉于支气管外科手术20例,包括支气管膜部外伤性缺损1例、右肺全切除后右主支气管残端缝合2例、右上肺叶切除后叶支气管残端处理17例。实践证明按常规处理支气管膜部缺损或缝合支气管残端有困难者,或估计组织愈合能力较差者,运用奇静脉后均可获得良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | This paper reports a retrospective study of the utilization of azygos vein in bronchial surgeries performed on 20 patients from 1961 to 1987. They included one case of rupture of the membranous portion of bronchus, two cases of right main bronchial stumps after pneumonectomy and 17 cases of closure of right upper lobe bronchial stumps after lobectomy. Our results showed that the utilization of azygos vein was successful in the treatment of the rupture of bronchial membranous portion that could not be treated with conventional method and in the managment of the bronchial stumps after lobectomy or pneumonectomy that were difficult to heal, especially in patients with malnutrition. |
