| 摘 要： | 流行病学是一门古老而又年轻的学科，直到二十世纪七八十年代，流行病学的理论框架、研究设计和分析方法才得到系统地总结和完善。二十世纪九十年代以后，现代流行病学得到了长足的发展，不断更新人类健康理念和模式。同时，现代流行病学也逐渐与其他相关学科交叉融合，形成新的分支学科，不断扩大其应用领域。文章归纳总结了近几十年来国内外现代流行病学的发展趋势，探讨了学科未来的发展方向。
