| 摘 要： | 可乐定和普萘洛尔治疗肾性高血压糖尿病性心肌病大鼠的心肌组织学改变,表明可乐定和普萘洛尔均使大鼠血压下降,体重恢复,心肌灶性坏死和纤维化减少。普萘洛尔组血管周围纤维化好转比可乐定组明显,可乐定组心肌纤维化改善较普萘洛尔组明显。其机制可能与抗交感紧张和减少儿茶酚胺对心肌损伤有关。

| Abstract: | Renovascular hypertension and diabetes(HD)in rats was produced by narrowing left renal artery and injecting streptozotocin.Investigation of myocardial histology was performed in four gorups of rats of control,with HD and HD treated with clonidine(50ug/ kg,daily)or propranolol(5 mg/kg,daily).The results indicated that blood pressure, ratios of heart weight to body weight,myocardial interstital and replacemental fibrosis were reduced and body weight was increased in treatment groups with clonidine or propranolol.There was less interstitial fibrosis in clonidne group.The mechanism of protective effect on myoeardium was likely attributed to antisympathetic tension and reduction of catecholamin lesion. |
