0～6岁儿童血清铁、锌与全血血红蛋白的相关关系研究分析

目的了解宝安区某街道0~6岁儿童血清铁、锌和血红蛋白水平,对血清铁与血红蛋白的相关关系进行研究。方法随机抽样采集305例在我所保健的0~6岁儿童的手指末梢血,采用全自动微量元素分析仪测定微量元素铁、锌元素的水平和全血细胞分析仪检测血红蛋白。结果不同年龄儿童全血中的铁、锌的含量比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。儿童的铁微量元素和血红蛋白检测相关分析结果(P<0.01),提示全血铁与血红蛋白有相关关系。结论 13~24个月组男孩全血缺铁、锌,应该注意补铁、锌。儿童全血铁与血红蛋白有相关关系。

0-6 year-old Children of Iron and Zinc in Serum and Whole Blood Hemoglobin Correlation Analysis

Objective To understand a street,Baoan district,iron,zinc and hemoglobin levels in serum of 0-6 year-old children,the study of correlation between hemoglobin and serum iron.Method Random collection of 305 patients in my care 0-6sui fingers in peripheral blood of children,using automatic Analyzer for the determination of trace elements of iron,zinc levels and blood cell Analyzer and hemoglobin.Results Whole blood of children of different age of iron and zinc content in comparison,differences are significant（P〈0.05）.Correlation analysis of trace elements of iron,and hemoglobin results in children（P〈0.01）,prompting full-blood relationship between hemoglobin and iron.Conclusions 13-24 Months group boy blood iron deficiency,zinc,it should be noted of iron and zinc.Relationship between hemoglobin and iron in whole blood of children.
