| 摘 要： | 目的探讨系统化护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者应对方式和希望水平的影响。方法将100例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组接受常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上实施为期6个月的系统化护理干预。结果干预后观察组的面对评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01),回避评分、屈服评分明显降低(P<0.01);而且干预后观察组的对现实和未来的积极态度评分、采取积极的行动评分和与他人保持亲密的关系评分等希望水平评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用系统化护理干预有助于增强脑卒中偏瘫患者的积极应对方式,减少其消极应对方式,同时可明显改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的希望水平。
