依达拉奉治疗脑血栓形成致脑梗死40例临床分析

目的探讨依达拉奉治疗脑血栓形成致脑梗死临床效果。方法选择射阳县人民医院2009年12月至2010年12月脑血栓形成致脑梗死患者80例,上述患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予依达拉奉静脉滴注,每天2次,连续应用14d。治疗后评定两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率与对照组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉能够显著改善脑血栓形成致脑梗死患者神经功能缺损症状,临床效果显著,值得借鉴。

The Clinical Analysis of Edaravone on 40 Cases with Acute Cerebral Infarction Caused by Cerebral Thrombosis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of edaravone on acute acute cerebral infarction caused by cerebral thrombosis.Methods 80 cases with acute cerebral infarction caused by cerebral thrombosis were selected from December 2009 to December 2010 in Sheyang People＇s Hospital,and divided into two groups,observation group and control group.The routine therapy was given to control group,and edaravone was used to observation group by intravenous drip.twice in a day,the course was 14 days.the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment.Results The scores of neurologic impairment in two groups after treatment compared with that before treatment respectively,there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）;the scores of neurologic impairment in observation group after treatment compared with that in control group after treatment,there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Edaravone can improve the symptoms of neurologic impairment in cases with acute cerebral infarction caused by cerebral thrombosis,the clinical efficacy is significant.
