无痛胃镜检查中的麻醉护理与观察

目的探讨无痛胃镜检查的麻醉护理措施的安全性和有效性。方法 3154例患者行无痛胃镜检查,均实施在检查前评估、检查中密切监护、检查后健康教育的麻醉护理。结果 3154例患者顺利完成无痛胃镜检查,患者在检查完毕后0～8min即可唤醒,均未发生麻醉意外及内镜检查并发症。仅31例出现短暂血氧饱和度下降,3例出现心动过缓,经处理后均好转。结论麻醉护理在无痛内镜检查中非常重要,该护理措施是安全有效的。

Observation and Anesthetic Nursing in Painless Gastroscopy
