不同剂量酒石酸布托啡诺联合甲磺酸罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术后镇痛的比较

目的采用不同剂量酒石酸布托啡诺联合甲磺酸罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛,探讨较适宜的布托啡诺剂量。方法选在南通大学附属泰州人民医院2009年5月至2010年5月间行剖宫产术的产妇90例随机分成3组。A组:0.002%酒石酸布托啡诺和0.1788%甲磺酸罗哌卡因;B组:0.004%酒石酸布托啡诺和0.1788%甲磺酸罗哌卡因;C组:0.006%酒石酸布托啡诺和0.1788%甲磺酸罗哌卡因。观察镇痛效果及不良反应情况。结果剖宫产术后VAS评分A组明显高于B组和C组,而B组和C组相比差异无统计学意义。不良反应C组高于A组和B组。A组和B组不良反应发生率均低。结论 0.004%酒石酸布托啡诺和0.1788%甲磺酸罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛为最佳剂量且有效安全。

Effect Exploration on Different Dosage of Butorphanol with Ropivacaine Hydrochloride in Epidural Analgesia after Caesarean Section

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of ropivacaine mesylate and ropivacaine hydrochloride in epidural analgesia after caesarean section. Methods From May 2009 to May 2010, 90 patients after caesarean section were enrolled and divided randomly into three groups, A group：0.002% butorphanol and 0.1788% ropivacaine mesylate; B group：0.004% butorphanol and 0.1788% ropivacaine mesylate; C group：0.006% butorphanol and 0.1788% ropivacaine mesylate. Then visual analogue scales （VAS）, the side effects and other indicators were observed and compared. Results The VAS of A group was higher than B and C groups （P 〈0.05） and there was no statistics differences between B and C groups. The incidence of the side effects of C group was higher than A and B groups. Conclusion 0.004% butorphanol was the most effective dose with fewer side effects.
