低温等离子刀的组织损伤研究

摘    要:目的研究等离子刀头对淋巴组织的直接损伤范围,为更好的在扁桃体手术中使用等离子手术器械提供参考。方法剥离法切除肥大扁桃体新鲜标本12例24枚,采用低温等离子消融刀头在其上行消融及止血作业,病理切片观察组织直接破坏面积及穿透深度。结果切割消融作业各作用时间组,其损伤半径显著小于止血作业各作用时间组,组织损伤范围与档位、时间、作业方式均相关,但不呈正比关系。结论低温等离子刀头在行扁桃体切割作业时,组织直接损伤较小,但在止血作业时,其损伤性较之双极双极电刀等并无明显优势,必要时缝扎止血仍有其价值。

Abstract:Objective Research the direct histologic injury of TCRF in tonsil tissue to make a better use of TCRF equipment in the procedure of tonsillectomy. Methods Use cold suture tonsillectomy to get prepared with 12 persons' 24 atrophy tonsils, use TCRF equipment to work in it on both ablation and hemostasis mode, regular histological section were then used to see its tissue injury in size and in depth. Results The tissue injury of ablation mode is slighter than that of hemostasis mode, and tissue injury has some connection with power setting, time of work, mode of work, but it is not a a direct proportion. Conclusion When using ablation mode, the direct tissue injury was slight, but when using hemostasis mode ,it has no significant advantages in the decreasing of tissue injury over bipolar electrocoagnlation system.
