黄体酮胶囊治疗早期先兆流产的临床观察

目的探讨黄体酮胶囊(益玛欣)治疗早期先兆流产的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析台山市妇幼保健院收治的早期先兆流产孕妇临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组1组60例黄体酮针剂20mg肌内注射注射治疗,每12h一次,每日2次、对照组2组60例黄体酮胶囊(益玛欣)100mg口服每日每12h一次、联合黄体酮针剂20mg肌内注射每日1次、研究组60例黄体酮胶囊(益玛欣)治疗服用黄体酮胶囊200mg,每12h一次,每日2次。结果研究组孕妇血清孕酮值改变、临床症状改善时间均无明显差于对照1组和对照组2组,研究组与对照1组、对照组2组孕妇保胎成功率、分娩孕周>34周、分娩孕周>37周、药物不良反应均无明显差异,P>0.05,差异均无统计学意义。结论益玛欣黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产临床疗效明显,预后良好,无明显毒副作用,免除了孕妇针剂注射的痛苦,是替代黄体酮针剂的较好的保胎药,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Detection of Threatened Abortion by Progesterone Capsules

Objective To approach the clinical result of threatened abortion by Progesterone Capsules in nonage.Method To retrospective analyze threatened abortion clinical data of Taishan MCH Hospital in nonage,which were to be divided into control 1 group 60 cases intramuscular to inject of 20mg Progesterone collocystis injection,12h one time,2 order/d,control 2 group 60 cases Progesterone Capsules by mouth 100mg 12h one time,1 order/d,research group 60 cases combination Progesterone Capsules by mouth 200 mg 12h one time,2 order/d.Result The progesterone,amelioration time of clinical system,extend gestational age of research group,control 1 group 60 cases,control 2 group 60 cases were no difference,P〉0.05;the tocolysis achievement ratio,accouchement gestational weeks 34 weeks,accouchement gestational weeks 37week,drug adverse reaction of research group,control 1 group 60 cases,control 2 group 60 cases were no difference,P〈0.05.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of threatened abortion by Progesterone Capsules by mouth were obviously and eusemia,which were no drug adverse reaction and passion by injection of gravida,which were good tocolytic agent to substitute Progesterone collocystis injection and to be used.
