2007至2009年周口市流行性腮腺炎疫情分析

目的了解周口市流行性腮腺炎流行特征及趋势,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法对流行性腮腺炎疫情监测资料,运用描述流行病学方法分析其流行特征和趋势。结果 2007至2009年周口市共报告流行性腮腺炎4841例,年平均发病率为16.60/10万,3年发病率依次为:10.45/10万、19.78/10万、17.76/10万,总体呈上升趋势。其流行特征为3~7月为发病高峰,占总数的57.22%;3~9岁为高发年龄段,占67.92%;发病以学生(占68.46%)为主,其次是散居儿童(15.86%)和幼托儿童(10.60%)。结论流行性腮腺炎的易感人群仍为学龄儿童,应加强对3~9岁儿童的流行性腮腺炎疫苗接种工作,防止疫情暴发。

Epidemic Characteristic and Trend Analysis on Epidemic Mumps in Zhoukou, 2007~2009 Years

Objectives Understand the epidemic characteristics and the trend of mumps in Zhoukou from 2007 to 2009 and to provide a scientific basis for its immune prevention and control.Methods The surveillance data of from 2007 to 2009 in Zhoukou was collected and analyzed by using descriptive epidemiology method.Results There were 4841 mumps cases reported in Zhoukou,The annual average incidence was 16.60/100 000,the annual incidence of mumps was 10.45/100 000,19.78/100 000,17.76/100 000 from 2007 to 2009,respectively,which upward an obvious decrease.The endemic of mumps show an apparent seasonal features and the peak was from March to July（57.22%of total cases）.The incidence of mumps of children age 3 to 9 was the highest（67.92%of total cases） among all age groups.The patients are mainly the students,next are the scatter children and the kindergartners.Conclusions At-risk group still mumps for school-age children,should strengthen children aged 3 to 9,the mumps vaccine to prevent an outbreak..
