某市2009年居民主要死因及潜在寿命损失分析

目的了解周口市居民死亡水平和主要死亡原因,为综合防治提供依据。方法按ICD-10国际疾病分类对死因进行分类及编码,统计分析人群的粗病死率、标化病死率及死因构成。结果周口市2009年居民年均病死率为643.80/10万,标化病死率为590.83/10万。主要死因顺位为脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒,这5类死因死亡人数占总死亡数的89.48%。结论慢性非传染性疾病、损伤和中毒已成为周口市居民的主要死亡原因和疾病负担,是周口市重要的公共卫生问题。

Analysis on the Main Causes of Death and PYLL of Residents in a City in Year 2009

Objective To understand on the mortality level and death causes and the characteristic among inhabitants in Zhoukou, and provide evidence for comprehensive control. Methods Causes of deaths and coding were conducted by means of ICD-10, mortality rate, standardized mortality rate and proportional mortality rate of the population were calculated. Results Mortality rate was 634.80 per 105 in year 2009, and its standardized mortality rate was 590.83per 105 in Zhoukou city. The sequence of death cause was brain vascular diseases, malignant neoplasm, heart disease, respiratory diseases, and injuries. The total proportion ratio between the five leading death causes was 89.48% in all death causes. Conclusion Non-infectious diseases, injuries and intoxications are major causes of death, disease burden and important public health issues for inhabitants of Zhoukou city.
