175例支气管肺炎伴腹泻患者临床治疗与分析

目的分析支气管肺炎的病因、发病机制;肺炎及症状性腹泻的治疗疗效。方法回顾分析175例支气管肺炎伴腹泻的资料。结果第一观察组咳嗽、气促及发热症状明显好转,而腹泻不止,更有出现严重脱水症状;第三观察组腹泻明显好转,而咳嗽及气促无明显改善;第二观察组咳嗽、气促及发热症状明显好转,而腹泻逐渐缓解,疗效非常满意。结论有效使用抗生素,实时停用抗生素及综合运用各种治疗方法对治疗支气管肺炎伴腹泻是行之有效的。

175 Cases Bronchial Pneumonia Accompany Diarrhea Patients Treatment and Analysis

Methods Retrospective analysis 175 cases of material with diarrhea bronchopneumonia. Results First the observation group cough and shortness of breath and fever, diarrhea symptoms improved obviously, more appear more severe dehydration symptoms. Article the observation group diarrhea, and improved obviously the cough and shortness of breath without obvious improvement; the second the observation group cough and shortness of breath and fever, diarrhea symptoms improved obviously very pleased, curative effect gradually ease. Conclusion The effective use of antibiotics, real-time discontinuation of antibiotics and comprehensive use of various treatments with diarrhea in treating bronchial pneumonia is very effective.
