| 摘 要： | 目的提高老年人口腔保健意识,使其积极主动到医院进行口腔健康检查,延缓口腔老龄化,提高生活质量。方法随机选择老年人458例,分成对照组和干预组两组,干预组指导日常生活口腔保健及增强门诊定期复查等干预治疗。结果干预组口腔疾病率明显下降,对照组义齿修复仅35.4%,干预组义齿修复达78.9%。干预组比对照组每日刷牙次数增加1次等。结论坚持定期复查,从而达到延缓牙齿脱落,提高老年人生活质量的目的。
