乳腺肿瘤中C—erbB—2癌基因蛋白的表达及意义

目的：探讨Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因蛋白在乳腺中肿瘤中的表达情况及临床意义。方法：应用免疫组化ＳＰ法，对１２６例乳腺良恶性肿瘤进行Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因蛋白检测，其中９７例乳腺癌进行激素受体（ＥＲ）和孕激素受体（ＰＲ）检测。结果：Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白阳性表达的细胞主要为癌细胞。Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２蛋白在导管内癌、Ｐａｇｅｔ‘ｓ蛋白在导管内癌Ｐａｇｅｔ’ｓ病是浸润性导管癌中呈高表达，在浸润的小叶癌中均呈阴性

THE EXPRESSION OF C-erbB-2 PROTEIN IN BREAST NEOPLASM AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

Objective:To study the expression and significance of C erbB 2 protein in breast neoplasm.Methods:126 cases of benign and malignant breast neoplasm were examined by immunohisto chemical S P method.Among them,97 cases of breast carcinomas were examined for estrogen and progesterone receptor status.Results:The most positive cell of C erbB 2 were cancer cells.There was a higher expression of C erbB 2 in intraductal carcinoma,Paget's dissease and infiltrating duct cancinoma.All were negative in infiltrating lobular carcinoma.Those with C erbB 2 protein negative and lymph-node negative had higher 10 year survival rate.Conclusion:The expression of C erbB 2 protein was used either to distinguish benign or malignant tumor and early diagnosis of breast carcinoma, or to be a indicator to predict the prognosis of breast carcinoma.
