| 摘 要： | 目的应用负荷心肌灌注显像方法评价冠心病患者经PTCA术后的疗效及冠状动脉再狭窄情况。方法对PTCA/支架置入术后6个月内的35例冠心病患者行负荷心肌灌注显像和冠状动脉造影,观察其心肌血流灌注情况,结果与冠状动脉造影比较。结果PTCA/支架置入术后6个月内,35例患者中有20例心肌显像正常,15例(42.9%)36个节段出现心肌缺血。负荷心肌灌注显像对再狭窄检出的灵敏度和特异性分别为80%和85%。结论负荷心肌灌注显像可作为一种非创伤性判断PTCA术后疗效和冠状动脉再狭窄的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect and coronary artery restenosis after PTCA by stress myocardial perfusion imaging(MPI).Methods Stress MPI and coronary artery angiography were performed in 35 patients with coronary artery diseases within 6 months after PTCA.Results Of 35 patients,20 were normal,15(42.9%) had myocardial ischemia.The sensitivity and specificity of stress MPI for coronary artery restenosis were 80% and 85%,respectively.Conclusion Stress MPI could be a reliable non-invasive indicator for evaluating curative effect and restenosis after PTCA. |
