喉癌中Ki67和P53的表达及其相关性研究

目的探讨细胞增殖抗原标记物（Ki67）和P53在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其相互关系。方法用免疫组织化学方法研究Ki67和P53在100例喉鳞状细胞癌组织（喉癌组）和15例正常喉黏膜标本（对照组）中的表达，并对它们的表达与喉癌的临床分期、颈淋巴结转移与生存率进行统计学分析。结果Ki67和P53在喉癌组中的表达率分别为60％和64％，明显高于对照组（分别为26．6％，13．3％，P〈0．05）；Ki67的表达与喉癌的临床分期和颈淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05），与生存率无关（P〉0．05）；且Ki67和P53的表达之间存在正相关关系（r=0．763，P〈0．05）。结论P53和Ki67可作为反映喉鳞状细胞癌生物学行为的客观参考指标，可作为评定喉鳞状细胞癌的进展和预测其转移的指标。

Expression of Ki67 and P53 in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx and their relation

Objective To investigate the expression of Ki67 and P53 in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx and their relation.Methods The expression of Ki67 and P53 in 100 samles of squamous cell carcinoma of larynx and 15 normal samples were measured by immunohistochemistry.The relations of their expression to the clinical staging,cervical lymph node metastasis and the survival rate were analyzed.Results The expression of Ki67 and P53 in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx were 60% and 64%,respectively,higher than those in mucosa of normal samples(26.6% and 13.3%,P<0.05).The high expression of Ki67 and P53 was related to the clinical staging and the cervical lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not to survival rate(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression of P53 and Ki67 in larynx carcinoma(r=0.763,P<0.05).Conclusion P53 and Ki67 are objective indexes for the biological behavior of squamous cell carcinoma of larynx,and can be two markers to evaluate the development of larynx squamous carcinoma and predict its metastasis.
