Er：YAG激光辅助治疗慢性牙周炎的短期临床效果观察

目的：评估Er：YAG( erbium-doped： yttrium aluminium garnet)激光在慢性牙周炎非手术治疗中的短期辅助效果。方法30例慢性牙周炎患者,试验前1周接受全口龈上洁治,每例患者的下颌35、36或45、46随机分配到2组中,对照组采用超声与手工器械进行龈下刮治和根面平整术( scaling and root planing,SRP),试验组在采用超声与手工器械进行SRP后再辅助使用Er：YAG激光照射。记录基线、治疗后1个月、3个月时入选位点的探诊深度、菌斑指数、牙龈指数,并提取龈沟液,测定龈沟液量。结果治疗后1个月,试验组和对照组探诊深度、菌斑指数和牙龈指数均有降低,试验组和对照组比较探诊深度差异有统计学意义(t=2.25,P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,试验组探诊深度(t=3.68)、菌斑指数(t=2.78)和牙龈指数(t=3.72)与对照组相比均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月(t=2.85)和3个月(t=1.45),试验组和对照组比较龈沟液量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论短期效果而言,Er：YAG激光在慢性牙周炎非手术治疗中有一定的辅助治疗作用。

A short-term clinical effect observation of Er:YAG laser assisted treatment of chronic periodontitis

Objective To evaluate the short term adjuvant effect of Er:YAG laser in non surgical treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods Thirty patients were included into this split-mouth single blind randomized controlled clinical trial. Teeth in the test group were treated with a single application of Er:YAG laser and scaling and root planing ( SRP) , while teeth in the control group were treated with SRP alone. Periodontal inflammatory parameters, plaque index, gingival index, and probing pocket depth were measured at baseline, 4-week and 3-month follow-up. Gingival crevicular fluid was collected from the periodontal pockets of teeth. Results At 4-week follow-up, probing pocket depth and gingival crevic-ular fluid showed significant difference between test group and control group ( P<0. 05) . At 3-month follow-up, probing pocket depth, plaque index, gingival index, and gingival crevicular fluid showed significant difference between test group and control group ( P<0. 05) . Conclusion In the short term effect, Er:YAG laser has a certain auxiliary therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.
