舌癌患者术后护理干预对生存质量的影响

目的：分析护理干预对舌癌患者生存质量的影响。方法49例舌癌患者随机分为研究组25例和对照组24例。研究组出院后给予功能锻练、口腔护理指导、综合护理干预等措施,对照组进行常规出院指导,随访26~58个月,平均随访38个月。术后24个月采用华盛顿大学生存质量问卷第4版( university of Washington qual-ity of life version 4,UW-QOL V4)评估患者的生活质量。结果研究组与对照组在术后24个月后整体生存质量综合评分分别为69.8分、65.6分,差异有统计学意义(P =0.009)；单项评分方面,2组间言语评分分别为51.1分、43.0分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002),但在情感功能、口腔功能和社会功能方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过较全面的护理干预,有助于患者语言能力的恢复和生活质量的提高。

Influence of nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with tongue cancer after operation

Objective To analyze the influence of the nursing intervention on the efficacy of the improved life quality of patients with tongue cancer. Methods Forty-nine patients who had primary resection of tongue cancer were devided into the study group ( 25 cases) and the control group ( 24 cases) . The study group received speech training, oral care guidance, comprehensive nursing intervention measures after leaving hospital, the control group was only for general hos-pital discharge guidance after a 24 to 58 months follow-up. After 24 months, all patients were asked to finish University of Washington Quality of Life version 4 to evaluate the life quality. Results Difference of the overall quality of life between experimental group and control group was statistic significant ( 69. 8 vs 65. 6) ( P=0. 009) . In terms of individual score, there were significant differences between the two groups ( 51. 1 vs 43. 0) ( P=0. 002) , but there was no significant difference in emotional function, oral function and social function ( P>0. 05) . Conclusion The positive intervention of family nursing can improve the recovery of the patient's speech ability and life quality.
