| 摘 要： | 本文以小剂量盐酸丁丙诺啡（Ｂｕｐ）与异丙嗪（Ｐｈｅ）联合，按递减法，８ｄ一疗程，治疗海洛因依赖６０例，戒断１８例，显效３３例，好转９例，脱毒率８５％。与单一使用常量Ｂｕｐ对照组３０例的脱毒率８０％进行比较，二者无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结果表明，本疗法起效快，停药后基本无反跳现象，无脱试者，效果满意。

| Abstract: | Low dosage of buprenorphine hydrochloride (Bup)combined with promethazin hydrochloride was used in the treatment of 60 cases of heroin addicts.Medications were given with the dosage gradually decreasing in eight day course. Results showed that 18 cases were detoxified, 33 cases achieved good effects, 9 cases were alleviated, the detoxifiction rate was 85%. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) compared with that of the control group using ordinary dosage of Bup (detoxification rate 80%).This combined therapy showed the advantage of rapid on set of effect, well control of symptoms,smooth course of detoxification without rebound phenomena after treatment. No dropouts were observed either. |
