实验性脾虚大鼠红细胞的MDA含量变化

摘    要:目的 为了探讨实验性脾虚证的发病机理以及四君子汤加味对脾虚的治疗作用。方法 我们检测了各组大鼠红细胞中丙二醛(MDA)的合量,并对其进行了比较。结果 发现脾虚大鼠红细胞中的MDA合量较正常对照组显著升高,四君子汤加味治疗后MDA的含量可基本恢复正常水平。结论 实验性脾虚大鼠可引起细胞脂质过氧化物的异常改变,四君子汤加味可起到一定的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate mechanisms of experimental spleen deficiency and therapeutical effect of supplemented four gentleman decoction on spleen deficiency. Methods The content of erthyrocytic MDA were measured and their changes were compared among different groups. Results Content of erythrocytic MDA in expermental spleen deficiency group were significantly higher than that of the control group. The MDA level can be recovered to the normal after they were treated with supplemented four gentleman decoction.Conclusion Expermental spleen deficiency rats can cause disorder of lipid peroxidation of erythrocytes and supplemented four gentleman decoction have therapeutic effect on experimental spleen deficiency.
