| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)中间综合症(IMS)早期即刻通气在治疗中的作用和对预后的影响。方法回顾性分析进行机械辅助通气治疗的43例IMS患者。根据通气的情况分为即刻通气组和延迟通气组,将各自存活率、死亡率、通气时间、撤机失败人次、气管切开率和恢复时间等指标作对比。结果即刻通气组比延迟通气组死亡率明显下降、存活率提高、通气和恢复时间缩短、撤机成功率高。结论AOPP患者出现IMS症状时即刻使用机械通气治疗,在常规综合治疗的基础上,合理调控呼吸模式可以明显改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyzed the effect of using mechanical ventilation in acute organphosphorus pesticides treatment poisoning patient with treatment of intermediate syndrome.Methods The review was analyzed 43 cases of IMS with treatment of mechanical ventilation.43 patients were divided into immediate group and delayed group according to the circumstance of mechanical ventilation.survive rate, death rate,ventilate time,failure rate of withdraw machine, windpipe cuts open rate and recovering time were compared between two group.Results death rate descent, live rate increased,MV time shortened significantly and successful rate of withdraw machine increased.Conclusion AOPP with IMS should be ventilated right away, which with MV and synthesizing the foundation of the treatment be better curative effect. |
