| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药、针灸联合治疗Shy-Drager综合征的临床疗效。方法：对18例患者用自拟生脉稳压汤（由西洋参、五味子、麦冬、制附子、黄精、灸甘草组成）为基本方，随症加味内服，配合温针灸足三里、三阴交、脾俞等穴位治疗1月。结果：显效7例，好转10例，无效1例，总有效率为94.44％。结论：生脉稳压汤配合温针治疗Shy-Drager综合征有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of Chinese drugs combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for Shy - Drager syndrome. Methods: 18 cases were treated by Shengmai Wenya Tang (SWT) (composed of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii, Fructus Schinsan-drae, Radix Ophiopogonis, Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Rhi-zorna Polygonati and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) with modification and combined with needling and moxibustion of Zusanli(ST 36), Sanyinjiao(SP 6) and Pishu(BL 20) for one month. Results: Among them. 7 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases improved. 1 case ineffective, the total effective rate being 94. 44% . Conclusion: SWT combined with acupuncture and moxibustion possesses a good curative effect for Shy - Drager syndrome. |
