中老年人上睑皮肤松弛的个体化整复

目的:通过对不同类型的上睑皮肤松弛症患者应用不同的整复术式的效果观察,为整复上睑皮肤松弛提供临床经验。方法:对271例中老年人上睑皮肤松弛者,根据不同的临床表现,选用单纯松弛皮肤切除术(153例),上睑松弛皮肤切除加皮下缝合重睑术(42例),上睑松弛皮肤切除加微创重睑术(76例)。结果:有5例因上睑皮肤切除不够,进行了再次整复术;2例两侧重睑轻度不对称;3例术后恢复时间延长,约半年后恢复。其余261例都取得了较满意的效果。结论:上睑皮肤松弛的表现形式不一,患者的年龄、职业及对手术效果的要求各不相同,只有选择相应合适的术式,才能获得较好的疗效。

Clinical evaluation of the blepharoplasty with middleaged and aged upper eyelid dermatolysis

Objective To investigate the indications and operative techniques of distinguished type upper eyelid dermatolysis. Methods 271 cases upper eyelid dermatolysis were operated. 153 cases only excised relaxing skin; 42 cases excised relaxing skin and made double eyelidplasty by suture subcutaneous; 76 cases excised relaxing skin and made double eyelidplasty by microwounrd operation. Results Satisfactory results were achieved in 261 cases , the secondary excised skin in 5 cases, the low-grade asymmetry in 2 cases and the time of recovery prolonged to half-year in 3 cases. Conclusion It suggests that we should choose an ideal operative technique to get satisfactory result, according to status of upper eyelid, patient' age, profession and demand.
